This was our second trip to Palau in 12 months and again for a diver, this
is a wonderful place.  The staff at Sams in one in a million.  They
anticipate your every need.  We stopped in Yap (wonderful diving with lots
of mantas) and I would suggest anyone do the same if they are making the
trip. Be sure that you take a rain slicker, usually each afternoon is a
shower on the boat ride.  The visibility was outstanding and the sharks,
turtles, and big fish were everywhere.  There were several ornate eagle
rays, spotted eagle rays and thousands of huge groupers on this trip. 
Turtles were seen by the dozens on almost every dive.  Highly recommended
trip for divers, but there is little if anything else to do while in Palau.
