No rinse tanks in boats but dive sites were just a few minutes from the
resort where an entire room was provided for camera equipment, charging,
etc.

Kungkungan Bay Resort sits on the Lembeh straights and is renowned for is
muck diving and the rare and unusual creatures that are found there.
Having dived for fifty years with thousands of dives in most of great dive
sites in the waters listed above I thought I had seen just about
everything. But the diving there is beyond description. I saw more exotic
creatures on each dive than I have seen the rest of my entire dive career.
In the sites where there is coral it is spectacular, but the real reason to
go is for the muck diving. The resort is a beautiful facility with a very
friendly staff that goes that extra mile to help all of the guests and make
their stay memorable. The managers are very enthusiastic about their work
and it shows in every detail of their operation. They are currently
undergoing a major up date and remodeling of the facility and should be
even more wonderful in the near future. I plan to make a return trip next
year to enjoy their infectious spirit and joy of the diving and Indonesian
life style in the Kungkungan Bay resort.
