Comments The operation is well established and a great place for new divers and those looking for basic dives with moderate expectations. The dive resort area is heavily used and it shows on the reef wall. The wall is much like Belize in that it has a full compliment of tropical fish, corals and sponges. Unlike Belize (Ambergris Caye)the small area used for our dives (Friday through Monday) was only about 900 meters. As a result fresh reef growth was in high demand. The staff was excellent and determined to take care of the guest. When planning to visit be sure to schedule yourself from Saturday through Saturday as the operation's are routine and you'll miss briefings and key information if you arrive mid-week. Excellent Nitrox operation. You are supposed to leave your C-card as as a check for your weights. When we left mid week there was no one in the Weight room so we dropped off our weights and had to email the resort for our C-Card. The resort then could not find my card but readily agreed to contact the issuer of the C-Card, paid the replacement fee and had it mailed directly to me. For all the little things that fell through the cracks their customer service attitude (Billy: GM)made me feel like they should get 9+ in a(1-10 good) rateing scale when it comes to top level certification.
