[Unspecified]The preboat/dive briefings were excellent in describing the way we would exit and get back on the boat. Had to follow due to the water conditions and the type of boat (Zodiac). Follow behind the divemaster and he would show you the good stuff. |

[None]No camera buckets but the boat crew was very good and sensitive about our cameras in terms of placing them on the benchs when coming up from a dive and getting them back to us. |

[None]No suprises. Had read about Larry's in previous Chapbooks and were well informed about what to expect from talking to Eddie - Larry's righthand man. My divebuddy is proned to seasickness and probably should have done a Dramamine. Expect rough seas - the east side of Bonaire is 180 degrees different from the west side. But, you will see all the big stuff that you don't see on the leeward side. Make sure you stay alittle above and behind the divemaster to prolong your dive and so you don't miss out on the lobsters, huge green morays, turtles and rays - eagle and sting. The divemaster is on a mission to point these out to you. On the second dive - you can either chose to do another drift or the "White Hole". Though the Hole was filled with a huge school of tarpon, the vis was poor with all the surge and sand. I would opt to the the second drift dive next time. Was a great way to end a trip of shore diving and would do it again. |
