Comments We (14 of us) love Bonaire. This is our second trip and we stayed at a different hotel than the first time. The Belafonte does not have an on-premise dive shop, but it is a very short drive to the shop associated with them. We did nothing but shore diving and found the walls right off the resort to be spectacular. One of the great features is a large net that runs down the wall from the drop off that makes it very easy to locate the resort when you are ending your dive. Very nice dock and steps to the dock to leave the water.

The rooms are very nice, we stayed on the ground floor and kept our equipment on the patio. Suited up and walked to the dock and dropped into the water.

Some of us did not wear wetsuits the whole week, others wore 3 mils.
