Comments Third visit to Bonaire, first stay at Buddy's. We were a group of 8 divers, and Buddy Dive provided us a dedicated boat and DM for the week of our stay which was fantastic.
The reef diving is getting a bit tired here, still no big fish or sharks, all the dive sites are starting to feel the same. Not to say the diving was bad, it was great, just a bit boring.
Rooms at Buddy were fine. Kitchens and bathrooms look recently renovated. As with most rental trucks in Bonaire, they were in pretty crappy shape. It took three tries for them to find me one with a tail gate that would work.
Lots of good shore diving, finally got to dive the salt pier which lived up to its hype. Our week long quest to photo a sea horse was rewarded on our last dive of the week.
