Comments Since we were getting ready to go to Australia and the GBR, and hadn't been diving in about 18 months, we took a shot at a two tank dive in Fort Lauderdale while visiting family. Sea Experience was PADI recvommended. It turned out to be a nice, easy dive experience, and a good way to get us back in the groove.

Nice, clean, well equipped dive boat with about 15 divers. We rented BCDs and regs (fine) using our own personal gear. After a short motor from the dock, we dove a site called Tracy, a nice encrusted wreck with lots of fish. We swam into various holds and the motor room, as well as the wheelhouse. Lots of small aquarium style fish, and a couple of very big black angels. Water temp was about 80 degrees, and the max depth was about 75 feet.

The second dive was at a site called The Caves. This was a drift dive, and the pick up was a bit tough because of 2-3 surface swells. Spotted a large nurse shark, and decided we'd had enough when a bull shark started circling us.

A nice operation, although there was little to no guidance from the crew under water (although the on board bruiefings were good).
