We dove in Key Largo with Ocean Divers. Our trip was done through
www.sharkriders.com that always put together a great trip. As always Ocean
Divers is a great dive operation and took outstanding care of
us all week. We were able to dive everything from fish filled shallow reefs
to 3 outstanding dives on the Spiegel Grove which is now sitting upright.
We were able to see nurse sharks on a few dives and also saw one reef shark
at French Reef. The Benwood wreck which sits in about 40 feet is a great
shallow dive with tons and tons of fish life. Alot of the reefs that you
dive in Key Largo are shallow but give you tons of bottom time and plenty
of time to explore. We had plenty of dives that we were down for over an
hour!! I can't even begin to explain what a differnce it makes to dive in a
protected area the fish life is outstanding and they are also very friendly
and will swim right up to you. Snapper Ledge was one of our favoite shallow
dives with so many fish you would have thought you were looking at a wall!!
We also saw turtle and rays on multipule dives. Overall a great trip for a
great price with out even leaving the U.S.A.
