Rinse tank under seat on the boat which was adequate for me. Showered with

1.5 hour delay on the LIAT leg flying down (San Juan to St. Vincent) due to
electrical problems. Paid $60 for my second checked bag...both made it to
St. V. Stayed at Mariners Hotel which was clean and AC kept the room cool.
Breakfast was included and 20% off of dinner menu was a good value. The
food was quite good. Dive St. Vincent was a short walk and Bill Tewes is a
character. I was on guard at first due to what I have read about him, but
we quickly became friends (we are alot alike I guess). His reputation for
finding the little stuff is well earned. We saw Seahorses, Pipefish,
Batfish, many different Crabs & Shrimps and juveniles of every
Caribbean species of fish. No big fish here due to waters feeding the 100K
people living on the Island. Dives were usually 25-30 feet and lasted
100-120 minutes. $60 for my second checked bag on the return trip
(expected) and we actually got to San Juan 30 minutes early (unexpected).
Both checked bags made it. Dive St. Vincent includes rental gear with your
package to cut down on checked bags (and the equipment appeared to be in
great shape), but I am more comfortable with my own. I would go back to St.
Vincent in a heartbeat. Some of the friendliest people you will ever meet.
