Divers were expected to stay in general group vicinity but Dive Master did not rush individuals out of the water once wreck tour was completed. However, divers were expected to return with minimum of 500 psi in tank. |

Dove as shore excursion from Disney Wonder cruise ship. Visted the 18th century HMS Proselyte's cannons, anchors and other debris, an unidentified, steel hulled wreck and several coral outcrops. Second tank was on the Maze. Dive Master pointed out several lobster and other critters. A small sea turtle came floating out of the depths and accompanied us for a few minutes. Numerous small fish and small schools, barrel sponges and a nice elkhorn coral were present but not in the quanities I expected. Unfortunately, according to the dive crew, the vis was apparently down after currents pulled the murk stirred up by a hurricane that crossed the southern Caribbean the prevous week. |
