Comments November of 2009 we decided to try a live aboard to the Saba area, we had already been to the Saba -statia islands diving in April and had such a good time, a live aboard seemed the next natural step to take. It was a wonderful trip, and just as exciting as the land based trip we had done earlier. The nice thing about boat diving is the 5 dives a day you get. I will say that this trip requires a more advance diver then most, lots of current.
Seen a few folks run thru their air/nitrox rather quickly due to first time experience with current, but so what! You couldn't have picked a better place to learn then on this trip.
The food was first rate and the land tours were enjoyed by the group that ventured in to see the sights.
Our room was very nice, we were late in booking so we ended up on the lower deck. A group had booked the whole boat and we filled in for those that canceled at the last minute. So the upper rooms were taken. It worked out ok thou, we did alot of sunbathing and really the room was bigger then any we had on the aggressor.
I recommend this trip for experienced divers and remember to bring your camera!
