Comments Stayed at the Ponce Hilton (~45 min car ride); the local accomodations rate only 2-3 and is situated on the waterfront with no beach! Dive operation good; owner Angel-he's great, was expecting second baby at any moment so was otherwise occupied but should be available now for dives! Most dives nice and easy although if you're experienced it can get a bit boring (my wife is a newbie!). Worse part was no afternoon dives as the waters get too choppy! Make sure they take you to 'engine' which was the highlight of the trip but not usually dived? (old plane engine and prop as well as turtle, eels, etc.)
One major complaint-buddy went over crest towards end of dive and kept going up from ~60 ft! I went up and had to actually pul her back down (sucked upalmost 500 PSI in 5 min!) with the divemaster just looking on! (NOT Angel!)
