Shore Diving in Kona allows the freedom to choose your own sites, times and
profiles. Rent tanks and weights at Jack's Diver Locker, they allow
unlimited fills (which are really change out of the tank that saves tons of
time) We were able to get 4 dives a day in.

Lots of places to dive easily accessible. Mahukona a great warm up site,
Old Airport near the skating rink has lava tubes near the enterance. Ask
at the dive shop and they will give you specific site maps.

Nothing beats diving in; a wonderful dive with turtles, then back to Kona
to change tanks, eat lunch and head out again.
