Comments	Breezes is not worth staying at..spend a little more a little more and choose a different hotel...its service is extremely poor, rooms very outdated, the noise is awful..everynight they have an "entertainment" thing...Music would be OK..but its some loud mouthed wannabee who goes on for hours without ever really entertaining anyone. OMG..I can't believe they keep this going..did I say its loud? With the TV in our room turned up all the way we could still her shreiking voice in both English and Papiemento..that was fun to learn..so I guess there is something good about it. Anyways...Skip breezes, the food was bad too and they give you a hard time about wearing shorts in the restaurants. The place is as far away from upscale as you can get, but they will attempt to bully you into wearing long pants and shoes to dinner. Ocean Encounters, the dive operation, was much better. They were very professional and courteous and most of all fun. We encountered a huge school of dolphins one day and the Captain strategically placed us in an area and allowed us to snorkel with them... was a real treat. And they did this while trying to keep to thier afternoon schedule. I'd recommend Ocean Encounters and would beg you not to give your money to Breezes. I chose 3 in value for the money because what we got from the Dive Operation was eroded by the hotel once they dropped us off after each dive.

UW Photo Comments	Not an underwater photographer...the dive operation had a separate bucket from them and seemed to handle the equiptment carefully. Others who were photographers didn't have any complaints.
