Comments	First time with Dressel in Cozumel Had wonderful experiences with them in Riviera Maya so I was hoping for the same in Coz. I did my prebooking for a 20% discount thru their website in Spain, no problems. Arriving at the shop I met Jake the manager. He was a young person with about a year at Dressel. He was very professional, organized and accommodating person. Their DM/Instructors even thou they had only a few months in Coz were extremely competent and knowledgeable. On my first dive I had DM David who had been their 3 months. His briefing was right to the point and spot on. Everything he said we would find we did... sharks, eagle ray, toad fish, turtles, morays, plus your typical reef fish. I was floored by the variety and his observations. It almost felt like I didn't have to make any more dives since I had just seen all their was to see. I was wrong! On the second dive there was more of the same plus octopus and smaller eels. Did I die and go to heaven? This continued on for the next 5 days with different DMs. I had 5 different ones the week that I dove there. They were all very competent and took their time guiding and watching over their group. There was a Canadian diver who had a buoyancy issue and shot up toward the surface, however, the DM caught him and did the 3 min safety stop] while keeping an eye on the rest of the group. There were some equipment problems with some of the groups but the DMs had enough spares to rectify the problems. By the way they offer free Nitrox. The counter staff were extremely friendly and efficient. I can not say enough about the total operation. Excellent!!! Most of the dives are less than a 7 minute boat ride and they return to the dock for the surface interval and a potty break if needed. As far as the Iberostar that would be another matter. The rooms were damp and crowded. I guess having 100% humidity would do that. The staff were friendly and would do anything they could to accommodate you. The air conditioning worked great. I left a note every morning for the maid with what we would like in the room(drinks-water) and the quantity would be there when we returned. They even came around a second time at night to replenish towels or whatever else you needed and turned down the beds along with a cute towel animal. The food was edible but the quality of beef and pork need to be improved. It was very chewy and at time downright tough. Most of the food in the lunch buffet sits on warmers and the food is lukewarm at best. Salads, fruits and ice cream were cold and good. The grounds were spotless and jungle like. If you like iguanas, peacocks, lizards, cats roaming around freely you'll be in 7th heaven. The pools were clean and well taken care of. The gym was undergoing some repairs(roof) and cosmetics. I would have to say that for the money you will not beat this place. I have stayed at other resorts on Cozumel, namely Occidental, Palace, Scuba Club, Presidente, and have found this resort to be the best for diving. I would highly recommend it.

UW Photo Comments	Had three 5 gallon buckets but they were not specifically designated for cameras. The mates put your cameras in the buckets but divers would still use the buckets for rinsing masks. Due to their size(buckets) cameras may not fit in, especially if you have a larger camera.
