For day boats, the set up was adequate. Fresh water tubs for after the dive, and storage tubs held them safely before diving. |

Paradise Villas was perfect, exactly what we anticipated based on prior research. Quiet, clean and spacious villas more than met our needs. The grounds are well maintained, and any problems (noisy air conditioner, wobbly ceiling fan) were attended to and fixed the same day (while we were out diving). Dive operation provided no fuss, no muss diving experience. Dive Masters Rod and Vince provided enough informaiton prior to the dive and identified unusual creatures during the dive, but left you to your own experienced devices otherwise. Just want we wanted. Because you could elect to dive on your own,my husband and I spotted an eagle ray on the sand and spent a half-hour watching it feed and soar. Several turtles, and alot of macro life, blennies, juvenile crynoids, pipefish, pipe horse, and jawfish (with eggs). We had a wonderful time, and booked for next year before we left. The rating for shore diving and beginner diving is there because not applicable was not available. We did not choose to shore dive and we are not beginners. |
