Comments	Stayed at Christopher Columbus condos on 7 mile beach. Very nice/clean units built ~40 years ago w/balconies overlooking beach & sea. Residents had a nice tradition of coming out to view the sunset each evening. Brought my 15 year old nephew and 17 year old niece down to get certified. Dove w/Neptune Divers--they picked us up & drove us the short distance to the harbor each morning. We got lucky with the weather & sea conditions: We were able to dive the north wall on 3 of the 4 days we were diving as the wind died down and seas were flat (ruined the international kiteboarding competition however). On the first day the visibility on the North Wall was about as good as I have seen in 500+ Caribbean dives--at least 150'. Fairly large Grouper & Mutton Snapper were seen on most dives. Fairly abundant schools of grunts, wrasse, snapper seen on all dives. Saw nurse sharks, turtles & sting ray on many/most dives. Marine preserve seems well enforced. Even lionfish culling is restricted to Divemasters that have a license and classroom training. Dive instructor Niall was patient on checkout dives w/my nephew and my niece did a "Discover Scuba" dive that she enjoyed so much, that they allowed her to continue to do supervised dives for the remaining 3 days. Small groups (no more than 8) w/good service. I would go back for sure.
