This is a follow up to my original posting. After having our villa broken into in the middle of the night and being robbed of camera gear, scuba gear and laptop computer we still have received no response from Plaza Resort. We were promised that they would certainly resolve the problem and make sure that we were given restitution for our losses. In the six weeks that have passed we haven't heard word one. It is amazing that after two break-ins, two nights in a row, in two separate villas, with no extra security put on, this resort just ignores us. I would recommend that if you go to Bonaire, do not stay at the Plaza Resort. There are many other (and presumably safer)places to stay. |
