Comments Overall a good operation. The food could have been a little better. The boat is showing her age, she was a converted crew boat and is a little top heave, does not do well in big seas'. The crew was very good and tried to meet everyones needs. The place to dive is San Salvador island, everything else is kind of "ho hum". During this trip I had my regulator pluged up with Al Oxcide from poor tank maintenance. I cleaned my filter three times and finely got a different tank. One other person was haveing problems and actually had an out of air experance at depth. We checked her reg and it was pluged solid. Over all we found at least three tanks with this problem. The tanks are two years old and they claimed that they were just checked. (Vis). I don't believ this for a second. The tank valves had crud build up and the boat didn't have any way to get the valves out of the tanks (Vice)or a light or brush on board to check and clean the tanks. I would use this operation again but I would check for proper maintenance issues.
