Pooorly organized boat, manned by incompotent or incapable crew, they
seemed to be rather enjoying their selves at the expense of safety and
commonsense. Two divemasters I wouldn't put in the shallow end of the kiddy
pool. Safety issues too numerous to list,up to and including multiple
staircase problems (insufficient skid-proofing and missing handrails) a
supposedly refitted boat with persistant ventilation and plumbing
problems. When a live-aboard diving company solicits customers, don't you
think it's a good idea to tell the paying clients, that their slightly
discounted boat trip comes with major discounts in accomodations ie: 14
bottles of hard liquer for 18 guests for 7 days (including, but not limited
to some very rare Puerto Rican Vodka<less than tasty> and a lovely
assortment of obscure liquers and cordials)just to give one example of how
this all-inclusive was anything but. But my favorite part was the boat
caption getting stuck on a sand bar at the mouth of the harbor as we were
supposed to be getting underway on the first day, delaying our days diving
by several hours and foreshadowing what turned out to be a poorly run and
disorganized trip. The food was OK,considering what a neurotic dingbat the
cook turned out to be.
