Comments	This operator is too casual about his operations and customers to the point where it is almost indiference. He arrived at the pick up point at least 30 mimutes late each day. He never asked to see C-cards or reviewed bailout procedures. He also did not assign buddies. We were left to do this on our own. His assistant was clearly not happy to be there. At times he did not mind showing his annoyance with divers who did not follow his procedures even though his language skills were very poor. Over all, I would not dive with this operator again nor would I recommend them.
