Diamond Resort, November 1995, John Kelly Coffman, Greenwood, IN. "Run by a friendly U.S. couple. Dive boat v-hull, seated six; no ladders. First dive: moon jellys, octopus, 4-foot eel, school banded butterfly fish. Resort clean with many activities.!"

Neptune Dive/Vacation Club, March 1996, Penny Jones and Elizabeth Urban, Madison, WI. "Beautiful 2 bedroom villa at Juan Dolio Beach; food very good and plentiful. . . . Neptune Dive unfriendly with limited excursions. The divemaster had been there 3 weeks and unfamiliar with sites. The Hickory a good wreck; many fish. Catalina Island also very good. Neptune very expensive. vis:30­40ft. water: 75­78°."

"Pat and Brad Gordon, Aquasports owners, run a top notch dive center for experienced divers; experienced divemasters and crew. Eels, crabs, and stingrays. Dives great fun. Intense diving, especially the Pyramids - caves and rock formations. 116 ft. deep wreck dive of 100 ft. German freighter a must. Vis 100 ft., but overall 25­30 ft (cloudy and rainy). Get a resort closer to Sosua."
