Dive sites 45 seconds to 15 minutes away. Outer reefs start at 30­40' and drop 80'. Inner reefs 25­30' to 50­60' at bottom. Vis 30'­60'. Lots of tropicals, no large fish. Insist on independence if that is what you want."

We then found Willie Hewitt at Sandy Lane Hotel. Willie, Roger and Larry most professional. Big variety of fish and lots of coral. Scorpion fish, trumpet fish, large french angels, spotted drum, four kinds of morays. Gave as much or as little attention as needed; private tour of Stavronikita, 356' freighter in 130' of water, was highlight. Night dive: octopus. Not the intensive diving of Bonaire but worth a trip. vis: 50­100 ft. water: 80°­85.°"
