Peter Hughes' Sea Dancer, January, 1995. "Second time on Sea Dancer. Little has changed, but now have their infamous safety car at 15 feet. Great if your into dislocating your shoulders -not worth the effort. Water temp 79 degrees, 4075 foot visibility. 130' depth limit with computer. Providing a hotel room and dinner for last night an excellent idea. Wish more boats (hear that Aggressor?) would copy them. Also like the bathrobes - they say no one walks off with them. I'm surprised." Scott L. Kramer & Mary L. Muit, Los Angeles, CA Peter Hughes' Sea Dancer, January, 1995. "Couldn't get cabins on the 1st deck, so we had to go down ladder often. Weather was fine so open air dining area not a problem. Photo room below deck is quiet place to get away and work. Not enough deck chairs on sun deck. Starting to look its age though I understand a refit is coming soon." Scott Kramer, Los Angeles, CA Peter Hughes' Sea Dancer, January, 1995. "For Caribbean diving was very good not as good as Little Cayman but better than most. Bruce Cohen, Wilmington, DE Peter Hughes' Sea Dancer June, 1995. Second trip on the Dancer fleet; they are great. Crew worked hard to anticipate our needs. Sea Dancer's only drawback is the unair-conditioned salon/dining room. Fix this and all would be perfect." Carolyn Kimball Phenix City, AL Turks and Caicos Aggressor, December, 1994. "Cabins clean, air conditioned, everything in cabin worked, bed made and cabin straightened up daily. Encountered large number of dolphins on both crossings and Captain Julie kept circling boat as long as dolphins played and guests wanted to watch or take pictures. Saw eagle rays, mantas, sharks, turtles, octopus, spider crabs, lobster, spotted eels. Averaged four day and one night dives per day from Sunday to Thursday and two two dives on Friday. At least one person saw an eagle ray on 90 percent of day dives. . . . Good predive briefings. Crew willing to dive or lead dives. Good variety and quantity of foods and snacks. Computers welcomed and no profiles or time limited set, though divemasters made suggestions based on site and conditions. Pleasant crew, willing to help but didn't force their attentions on anyone. . . . Hot tub on upper deck. Towels changed 1/2 way through week. Camera and computer items available for rent. Dove sites at Molasses Reef, French Cay and West Caicos Island. . . . Bad stuff: no dives before 8 a.m., no dives on day of arrival, 110' depth limit, night dives dull due to lack of small stuff (urchins, crinoids, shells, etc.) Below deck toilets took forever to flush." C.R.T. Hermiston, OR Turks and Caicos Aggressor, April, 1995. "Great crew. Friendly, helpful - always at your service. Even though I'd been to Turks and Caicos three times on a live-aboard, dove mostly new and mostly pristine sites. Sea Dancer is somewhat more luxurious (prefer semi-private baths - Aggressor has only two although it really wasn't a problem even with a full boat - and more shady areas). . . . Even though water was 7779_, 3mm suit (at least) a necessity. Magnificent schools of spotted eagle rays. Resident scorpion fish. Dry towels on deck after every dive (nice) and (surprise.) warm water down your wet suit after every night dive." Joan B. Nagy, NY, NY Turks and Caicos Aggressor, June, 1995. "Good variety of coral with lots of reef fish, morays, octopus, and queen angels. Few gray angels. Saw sharks almost daily. Other divers claim to have seen eagle rays and manta rays, but we missed that. Crew went out of their way to make sure everyone had a good time and good dive experiences. Would go with you if you needed a buddy or wanted to see something special; however, if you wanted you and your buddy were on your own to follow your computers dive profile. . . . Chef Tony went out of his way to fix special meals for people with special dietary needs. . . . Bad stuff: Facilities were typical of other Caribbean Aggressors, however, there were no closets in cabins. Visibility was less than we had expected; at best 50-60 ft. a cloudy mist." Ruth & Craig Campbell, Long Grove, IL Turks and Caicos Aggressor, July, 1995. "Very good operation. Captain Julie is the best. Good crew."
