Comments Alami Alor is a wonderful dive resort located on the island of Alor, south of Kalabahi, on the eastern side of the bay. Getting there requires some effort since it requires two flights from Jakarta, first to Kupang and then to Mali Airport on Alor. Upon arrival in Mali, resort staff greet guests at the Airport on the northern side of the island and provide taxi/van transportation for the 50-60 minute ride to the resort. At Alami, you are met by the resort managers, Alexandra and Uri, then quickly and efficiently given the orientation by them and the resident marine biologist, Timo.

The resort is upscale and caters to both divers and snorkelers. With only 7 bungalows, it serves a maximum of 12 divers ... Subscribe to get the full story. For Subscribers Only  Active subscribers continue reading here
