Comments We go to Bonaire every three years or so because of the fantastic shore diving. The last few times we've stayed at Buddies (nice accommodations, super house reef, drive-through tank pickup). As soon as you leave luggage claim at the airport, look for a Buddies representative for your ride to the resort. They will take your luggage directly to your room while you check-in at the front counter of the resort. We got a room on the ground floor (the first floor rooms are actually one level up, so be aware of that to avoid confusion). There was a sole A/C unit above the outside door to the bedroom and a ceiling fan in the main room (not all units have ceiling fans - the fan made things much more comfortable). There are two cabled BC hangers attached to a cross rod so it can be tough for a shorter person to hang their BC in an upper locker. On the other hand, the lower lockers tend to get dripped on by gear in the upper lockers. Also, not all lockers have the same space, so it might be good scout out the lockers and request a spe ...
