Anyone using a dive planner software on a smart phone (Blackberry, iPhone) a la DPlan? Thanks

I've only tried the freebies, but I like the EAN Nitrox Mix (it's green & yellow logo) - you can set your max pp02 at 1.4 and then on a sliding scale you can set your %02 and it figures your depth & EAD (Air Depth)....having just come back from 10 days diving nitrox, this is a useful little gadget - the rest - Simply Scuba, Nitrox (with dive flag logo), Air Depth & my RDP (like the old dive tables), seem to be rinky-dink....but I haven't tried any of the for sale nice to hear about them though.  But I also didn't see any that I thought I could live without!!!
