fairly inexperienced diver (carribean, med, BC) looking for a new dimension.
is palau at the end of september suitable?
what are the conditions like ?
and what are the chances of being washed / blown away?

I would not go Mid July thru mid can be a flip of a coin.....spring is the best time to go.
I endeavor to pursue....Spend most of my diving time in the Indo-Pacific region. Lembeh Straits, Raja Ampat and Palau are my favorites!
