UW Photography / Sea & Sea equipment
« on: August 02, 2009, 22:04:07 UTC »
Hey Guys.......... I'm looking for some help on decreasing noise in digital UW photos. I have been shooting a Sea & Sea 8000G (8 mp) w/ slave strobe for several years now w/ generally good results. The problem I have is that on 'random' photos I get a lot of digital noise. It's not backscatter - I know the difference. And it's not a particular type of shot the noise occurs on. Photoshop isn't much help when you start w/ a bad photo.

I've been to the S&S website, but no help there. Anybody got any thoughts on this? Any help would be appreciated.
