If you look at the number of travelers who have unfortunately got the swine flu bug, and the severity of it... there are other bigger dangers out there for ruining your dive vacation. So far, H1N1 has been fairly sparse and not too serious. As you say, the double bummer is for the people of Cozumel and other areas affected, where American travelers have avoided.
