Automatic
Membership Renewal: If you've selected a membership plan
that includes either monthly or yearly automatic renewal, your credit
card will be billed automatically at the beginning of the next billing
period. When the charge is authorized, your membership will be extended
for one additional billing period. If the charge is not authorized,
your membership will expire at the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel the automatic renewal
at any time -- just follow the link on the Online Members' home page
and enter your username and password -- your membership will terminate
at the end of the current period, and no additional credit card charges
will be made.
If you have any problems or questions about automatic renewal, contact
us at Membership@undercurrent.org.
Payment over
the Internet with your credit card is safe and secure,
like passing your credit card through a reader in a store. We employ
secure servers that encrypt all information that you enter, ensuring
that Internet transactions are confidential and protected. None of
the credit card information entered on the payment forms can be read
by anyone else from the time the information leaves your computer
until it reaches the financial institution.
