Comments I was renting equipment from Scuba Works Dive Shop in Jupiter, FL. for a couple of days of shark diving. Their service was quick and easy to register and get my nitrox tanks and weights. On the second day, I had my first tank of three blow an O-ring on my drift dive descent at 35' so safely ascended to the surface to be picked back up by the charter boat Emerald. After finishing the second and third dives of the day I returned to the dive shop to discuss what I'd paid for the tank rental and the loss of a dive with Emerald Charters, which was a different company and not part of the Scuba Works Dive Shop. The owner of Scuba Works understood that I'd lost a dive that I'd paid for to Emerald Charters and he graciously offered to refund the amount I'd paid for all three tanks that day. This is the type of owner I enjoy dealing with and highly recommend visiting Scuba Works in Jupiter, FL. if interested in renting any of their gear.
