Comments	This trip was booked for the New Years holiday with 9 divers for four days. The boat captain was the rudest, most arrogant captain I have encountered in 15 years of diving. During the morning dive on day 1 he loudly said he really did not want to make a night trip on New Years eve and canceled the dive due to weather even though the seas were calm and little wind was present. The captain would not accept any suggestions for dive locations. With the exception of one afternoon trip all of our dives were in 35 feet or less water. His response was almost all of the reefs in the Keys are at this depth. Our surface intervals were typically less than 30 minutes. The captain started the clock and made it clear you better be back on or before the time limit. Our divemaster on day one was great, after that we had divemasters with similar attitudes to the captain. On two trips we also took snorkelers and the locations were picked for them even though divers outnumbered the snorkelers 3:1. The "resort" is old and needs updating. My t-shirt had more cushion than the pillows. Housekeeping services only replaced towels not sheets or anything else during our stay. The staff had obvious morale and attitude issues. I want to go back to the keys and dive but will not stay at this resort. I definately will not dive with them again.

Enforced diving restrictions	Boat Captain chose all dive locations with no input from customers. Most locations were chosen for the captain to return to the docks as quaickly as possible. No deco, no doubles, no stages, limited surface intervals.
