Comments Our flight reservations were through two air lines, Philippines Airlines and Cebu Airlines. The flight from the states was PAL while the flight from Manila to/fm Dumaguete was Cebu Airlines Our departing flight from Dumaguete was cancelled and we had to wait until the next day to fly out. It costs around $2000 for that extra day. We were penalized by PAL because we missed our connecting flight. PAL fly's into Dumaguete just like CEBU. So if you make reservations via PAL for the complete trip you could preclude the issue we had for our trip. The resort sent a vehicle for us and provided support for that extra day, taking care of us just as they had been doing for the former 10 days.
