Comments If you really want a great diving experience, this is the place to go. No frills , but comfortable.
The price is right. No motorized vehicles on the Cays. You can walk the entire length of them in 6 minutes. The "Cayons" are very nice and like to talk to you. Just say Hola! to everyone you see, and soon you will feel part of the family. This is not an all inclusive diving experience by any means. That is part of the beauty of this place!
And now the the diving.....
Bogdan, the proprietor can pretty much arrange anything you may wish to do. No, he can arrange EVERYTHING!
The dive boat Miss Cay with Captain Edgar are there to make your diving experience easy and pleasurable. Your gear is set up when you get to the boat, or not if you prefer. Divemasters Mike, Reggie, and Rafael make sure you will enjoy your dive. No cattle boats here. If you can stay down 80 Mins. They will hang with you.
After the first dive, you will be treated to a cinnamon bun provided by Miss Deanna. Baked fresh daily. They are to die for.
Oh! Did I mention that there are no sand fleas on the Cays? Cuz there is no sand. Utila Cays Diving has an excellant dock and deck . If you stay at Hotel Kayla, you pretty much get picked up right outside your door.
There is NOTHING not to like about this place and the excellent staff.
Do try them out. You will not be disappointed.
