Comments From the time that we stepped off of the plane, the service was awesome! Papa and Marie meet us at the airport for the transfer to the hotel. They were such a pleasure to talk to and to ask questions about the area. Very warm and caring people! Papa is available to shuttle you into town during the week.

When we got to the hotel, Jim Hunter met us at the front desk. He made certain that all of our needs were met. He even upgraded our two rooms to a two story suite, since we had our 3 teenage boys with us. It made it more convient and it was much nicer. The rooms have awesome views of the sunsetting over the ocean with a nice balcony to sit out on. The rooms and bathrooms are kept very clean and well stocked. The rooms could use some revamping, but are clean and the beds are comfortable.

The food was the best that we have had at an all inclusive resort. If they did not have something you are craving, they would try to get it for you. You have to try the coconut cake. I think I gained 5 lbs. from that alone!

Choo Choo was there to keep our teenagers occupied in the evening and during the day at the pool. Since the boys were of drinking age (18) he kept the drinks flowing and they had a great time. Other than the night time music and games that he provided, there was not much else for them to do other than diving.

Now to the diving. The dive operation was very well organized and ran very well. The dive masters were great at finding little creatures and gave you the attention that you wanted or did not want. Our boys were new divers, but myself and husband were advanced. The dives still were great for all of us. The boys were able to get back on the boat while we finished our dives. The house reef was almost as nice as the other dives. We saw manta shrimp, frog fish, many spotted drums, different types of eels, fire worms, eagle reys, octopus, seahorses, as well as the usual tropical fish. We made a great friend out of one of the dive masters and enjoyed her company.

The best part of the resort were the people. The one thing that made the biggest impact on us was Jim Hunter and the GREAT favor that he did for myself. I made the worst mistake and flooded my underwater camera. He was able to get an employee to rent me her camera and it saved the entire trip for me. My husband also was grateful, because he did not have to deal with a depressed wife all week. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIS EFFORTS! Jim also got our son a birthday cake for while we were there. You can't ask for better people or service.
