Comments	Casa Del Mar is a great location, but away from the commercialized town. Reasonable rates and posted full meals and non-premium alcohol for $42/Day. Papa Hogs is well run with good boats willing to go where divers want instead of to close in to save fuel. Diving is the usual spectacular Cozumel. A great place to get certifications (inexpensive) and the diving cost is reasonable. Nitrox was $10 extra/tank.
