Comments I have been diving with Fernando since 1980 and I have always found him to be reliable, punctual, enthusiastic, environmentaly conscientious and has fair pricing. He uses a small, fast boat so you don't have to dive with a mob. There are usually no more than six divers and he will go out with only one. Sammy has been his Captain for all the years I have know him and does an excellent job running the boat and picking up divers quickly. If you have a larger group, Fernando will accommodate with an additional craft and dive masters. He is the best I have encountered in Cozumel.
