[None]The Undersea Hunter is a well run operation from sched, trip planning to the actual diving. The trip out was better then expected, used scop patch, the dive conditions ranged from calm and clear to 3-4 foot swells when a storm blew in. The crew is first class. Cabins adequate, small salon but not an issue. The diving was fantastic. Schools of hundreds of scalloped hammerheads, many within 1 foot of us, plenty of Silky sharks, especially liked to circle us on the safety stop, hundreds of reef sharks and an exciting night dive with reef sharks and 5 very large silvertips and a few white tips.. The other panga saw a whale shark but we did not. One bait ball. Plenty of dolphin but swan away when we entered the water. Captain, dive masters, panga drivers all excellent. Not a trip for the inexperienced. Go early and enjoy Costa Rica, we went white water rafting and had a blast. Stayed at the Marriott which was nice and close to the airport. Will definently return |
