Comments Our trip to Cobalt Coast two years ago was substandard and I had resolved that I would not go back to Cobalt. My LDS booked a trip there and, needing to get wet, I went along. Cobalt Coast has redeemed themselves.

This trip was outstanding. The food was excellent. Breakfast and lunch were buffet style and were very good, though they need to get a proper buffet unit to keep food hot. Dinner was served from the menu and you had your choice of one of three entrees. All of them I had were outstanding.

They need to enclose the dining room, it got a little wet when it rained, and they need to do something about the septic system that often wafted smells across the dining room.

The dive operation was top notch as you would expect. Chris and his crew were outstanding.

I am still not fond of Grand Cayman. Its become a metropolis more than an island, taxi rides are expensive and there is talk of destroying coral reefs to build a new cruise ship terminal.

I wouldn't hesitate to go back although Little Cayman is my first choice.

I forgot to mention the wireless internet. It is 100% better than two years ago. So strong you can watch Netflix.
