The diving was pleasant and relaxing. Unfortunately our villa was broken into in the middle of the night while we were sleeping and our computers (dive and laptop), regulator setups were stolen, in addition to other items. The really upsetting thing is that it happened the night before in the villa next to us and the resort did nothing to provide extra security or alert people. When I reported it the attitude was "don't you have insurance". No apology, not even a cup of coffe was offered to comforrt the situation. The island is beautiful with extremely friendly people. The night diving is excellent. However I would not recommend the Plaza Resort. First rate dive op, very poor customer service. To date they have not contacted me as to a resolution. |
