To experience Klein Bonaire we signed up for 5 boat dives in which depth limits were enforced. Otherwise, shore diving by truck with no limits as we were on our own. |

Ours was a package including room for two, truck for the week, unlimited shore diving and 12 boat dives. I continue to be unsure why including the boat diving in our package saved us on our overall cost as the al a carte totals, two for one dive package, etc. was totally confusing yet, when the tally was prepared, the final costs worked out just fine and we decided it was better to just allow them to run their calculator however they chose. Dive operations were great and, though there remains damage to the corals from the hurricane that brushed by about 5 years ago, re-growth is evident and the fish life is superb. A night dive on Town Pier is a must-do experience and an afternoon dive at the Salt Pier is also recommended with both requiring a guide that is easily provided by the dive operation staff. Don't know what else I'd do differently, thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would do it again. |
