Comments	We signed up for a dive excursion through Princess Cruises. Dive Bonaire had us sign the usual waiver and fill out a health history form. On the form I checked “yes” that I am over 45 years old and someone in my family (my 90 year old father) has heart disease. Because I checked this item Dive Bonaire refused to let me come on the dive. The only option they offered was for me to get a doctor’s letter saying I was fit to dive. When I asked how they expected me to do that when my doctor was in the States and the group was leaving in 15 minutes, they just looked at me. They were extremely nasty about it We learned later from friends that Dive Bonaire took out 32 divers with 2 dive leaders. We also heard that they did not supervise a 12 year old minor who was supposed to dive under supervision. All the people we talked with said they would never go with this shop again. VIP Divers When we were refused the Dive Bonaire outing, we walked down the dock and signed up with VIP Divers. We had an outstanding experience with them. There were 3 dive leaders (2 were dive masters) for 8 divers. We took 2 shore dives. They assisted with all equipment. The current was quite strong and they provided assistance when we had difficulty getting into shore. They made sure we had 2 excellent dives. We would book with them any time!
