The resort is lovely, service is very good, the food is excellent. There were not large schools of fish,but we saw many things we hadn't seen before. Divemasters are excellent, and give a print out of your dives, what you saw and depth at the end of stay. The staff is excellent. This is a pricy resort, but worth the money. We hired a fishing guide to do some bone fishing..I would sitck to diving, they are more into diving at this resort..it used to be a big time fishing resort..fishermen go to Turneffe Flates resort, and there are not many divers there from what we heard.We chose this resort after reading another review on this site and contacting the writer..he had the same good experience at this resort. I would go back, it was very relaxing and enjoyable diving..a full service resort. Hot chocolate served on the boat after the night dive! Go just before the high season, best deal, good weather, and not a lot of divers..there were 9 divers on the island and 35 staff....we are spoiled now! |
