We were there over the Xmas holiday when the resort was at full capacity. Everything ran very smoothly from the dive operation to the dining room. We had our 2 eleven year old kids with us. They were not signed up for the dolphin camp because we arrived mid-week. We had not planned on them getting certified, but the situation was PERFECT. They had an instructor and an assistant for the 2 of them alone. It was a fantastic experience. They got top notch instruction in a wonderful environment. The resort is well designed and very user friendly. Laundry is available 6 days a week for a nominal fee and there is a doctor on site which is very handy. The staff really goes out of it's way to make you happy. Beware of the parrot Paco- he's cute, but he bites! |
