While in Loreto, we stayed 5 days at Baja Outpost as previously described.
However, we really enjoyed our 4 night stay
at Villa's de Loreto. The rooms are big, the prices are competitive and
the grounds are very well kept. there is camping, RV sites and a swimming
pool on site.
Villas de Loreto, is a prominent stopover for serious ocean kayakers,
bicyclists and
other out door enthusiasts.
I met some very nice and interesting people here. I chose to dive with
Baja Outpost
because (at the time of our stay)
Dolphin Dive Center (american owned--southern ca) was substantially more
expensive than any of the other
dive operations. I did however go in and talk to the person managing the
operation.
I was impressed by him and if Dolphin Divers get their prices
inline with everyone else I would dive with these guys. I will always
return to Villas
de Loreto.
